Privacy policy

This page describes how Riky's Pizzeria processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).

What we collect

This website is informational. We do not collect personal data via forms. There are no subscriptions, no contact forms that send data to a server.

Cloudflare (our hosting) may temporarily log access logs (IP, user-agent, access time) for security reasons (anti-DDoS). These logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days and used solely for attack detection. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless and without per-user tracking. Only aggregate metrics are collected (visit count, traffic source, most-visited pages). No cookie banner is needed because we do not use cookie-based tracking.

External content

The site loads content from external sources: images from Sanity CDN, location map from OpenStreetMap. These providers may log IP for security reasons.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data. For any request, contact us at riky.s.pizza@gmail.com. If you believe we are violating the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
