EU-14 allergens listed on every box and confirmed in writing before delivery. Anyone in your team has a serious allergy? Tell us, we'll mark and separate.

Real ingredients

San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte from a Croatian dairy we know personally, extra-virgin olive oil from Istria. No frozen dough. No shortcuts.

HACCP kitchen

Regular sanitary inspections, traceable suppliers, temperature-controlled prep. Nothing leaves the oven that wouldn't be served to our own kids.

On time, every time

We've cancelled exactly two orders in twelve years, and one was a snowstorm. You set the time, we're there ten minutes early. Quietly.

Marko Drobnjak
the man with the peel

Marko, 41, comes from a long line of Dalmatian fishermen who knew nothing about pizza. He learned by accident. A misdelivered pizza oven in 2012 led to four years of obsessive Neapolitan study, three trips to Naples, and one mild burn scar shaped suspiciously like Italy.

He runs Riky's kitchen with three rules: no shortcuts, no excuses, no pineapple. He is also unreasonably calm during a Friday night rush, and once gave a tour to a minor Croatian celebrity without recognising them. The celebrity loved it.

Speaks: Croatian, Italian, kitchen-grade English. Available for catering.
